To Residents of The Cloister at Saint Henry
Some Cloister residents have good experiences with maintenance and service people and some of us have not. It is very difficult to know who to trust unless we know someone who is satisified with with work that has been done for them. The purpose of this survery of Cloister residents only is so we can hire people who have done good work for a neighbor nd those we should definitely avoid.
All of our neighbors who return this survey will receive a list of both good and bad providers as identified by the participants.
